The Brief
When our client reached out, they wanted to deliver on a diversity strategy with the aim of increasing the number of junior diverse DevOps and Technologists. Our client’s main goals were to improve employee retention rates and increase diversity numbers in their workforce

The Solution
MW first outlined our approach to solve and deliver on the brief and began with a pilot with Technology aimed at providing technically skilled DevOps engineers. The pilot was a success and we quickly helped the client scale our offering across the Technology teams

The Outcome
MW has deployed 7 FTE’s on site with high rates being reported against for diversity numbers and equally high rates on retention, delivering in full against the brief
